The Product Area at Zextras Is growing, bringing new opportunities!

Our internal recruitment process is now open for the position of Product Owner.

The Product Owner will serve as the primary point of reference for specific product areas, connecting the strategic vision defined by the CPO with the technical execution of the UX/UI and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define priorities within the assigned product area in collaboration with the CPO.

  • Manage the team backlog and planning activities.

  • Translate high-level requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Coordinate with the development team to clarify requirements, manage deliverables and support acceptance testing.

  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI throughout the entire process, from ideation to final validation.

  • Contribute to discovery activities, including market analysis and discussions with partners and users.

  • Ensure that decisions affecting the product area are communicated promptly to all relevant stakeholders, including documentation, support, training and QA teams.

  • Identify, manage and communicate risks and technical debt.

  • Monitor usage and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in software development or UX/UI.

  • The ability to analyse requirements and translate them into well-structured user stories.

  • A basic understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.

  • A cross-functional mindset and strong communication skills.

The role will initially be assigned through a formal appointment, with performance reviewed periodically to determine whether it should be confirmed. A temporary functional allowance will be provided for the duration of the assignment. Candidates will receive details about the amount and payment arrangements during the pre-selection phase, before the interviews.
